STorY in MoTioN: An Embodied Workshop for Creative People

December 2 and 3, 2017, San Francisco

Do you have a life story that wants expression and attention? A story of loss? A story of recovery? A story that you can’t escape from? A story to celebrate? A story that you keep telling yourself that seems untrue? A story that is full of mystery or…?

Join Adriana in San Francisco this December for a depthful, imaginative, restorative weekend bridging life and art.

This workshop is designed for artists of all disciplines and orientations – from visual artists, musicians, dancers, performers to anyone who has a creative appreciation for life. Using movement and a body-based orientation, Adriana will use her creative approach to explore personal stories, emotions and life experiences through solo and group expression. With a variety of mediums (drawing, collage, movement, poetry and performance) this weekend will allow participants to find quiet time to focus inside, deepen their relationship to creativity, move through blocks and stuck places, and gather in a supportive environment to allow dynamic art-making. Come with a willingness to dream, play and expand your range.

No movement experience required. All art materials will be supplied.

This workshop is limited to 10 people so sign up early!
